Femme en Fourrure :: Plump Biscuit

Welcome to Finland! To start it off we have Femme en Fourrure, a super sexualized Helsinki based duo who seem like the Scandanavian answer to Peaches, but in a much more minimalist context. It’s as if the styles of more minimalist electro artists like Boom Bip and the tropical 2-step rhythm structures of those like Malente or Murlo had combined forces to make a soundtrack for a strip club. I can definitely imagine a track like this coming on at a super sweaty after party and everyone going nuts for it. Quality dancehall stuff.

This video captures the feeling of this song very well for me. Sexy, melting, dripping, colorful, and just revealing enough. Tops.
