So, keeping with the Danish theme, I just discovered this wonderful duo today and it is seriously blowing my mind. Beautiful hooks, entrenching polyrhythms, awesome vocal sampling, Kenton Slash Demon from Copenhagen is seriously onto some next age stuff here. The Danes are putting out some really powerful electronic music these days, especially in Copenhagen. This video is basically a visual light adventure through some weird, dark tunnel, but hey, it makes the song even more intense, like traveling down the rabbit hole. Their series of 12” releases on Tartelet Records (in which Matter is included) are all amazingly intense, somewhat sinister, and beautifully complex dance floor devastators. So good.
